When I was 14, I had a tight circumcision that removed about 2/3 of all of my penile skin. This caused my testicles to pull up slightly, but over time the skin has stretched and this problem is no longer present. If I had to be circumcised again, half of my penis skin could still be removed without much problem. Difficulties only arise if 3/4 of the currently existing skin were to be removed, but no doctor would do that.
A tight circumcision is therefore possible for boys without any problems.

I am circumcised and my frenulum is completely removed. That means all the big veins and arteries located in frenulum are gone and Prince Albert can be pierced throught the middle of your former frenulum. Uncircumcised males should be more careful about PA location. Usually PA is pierced slightly to the side of frenulum if it is still not removed.

Although I am circumcised low and tight style and frenulum removed, I personally am able to reach orgasm any time. It has never been a problem for me. There is much less sensitivity, and it takes me more time to have an orgasm when I am really tired. Like when i have had 5 orgasms in a row. Or haven't slept for 2 days. Otherwise, I even measured that during ordinary day I able to get hard and have an orgasm in less than 2 minutes. Even as circumcised.
But! This is me. Other people experiences may differ.

I can tell that veins aren't any problems for circumcision. They just get cut and are properly cauterised, or tied with suture if needed. For example, frenulum contain many big veins that exit penis and return into your body under penis skin. These veins are generally much more a problem than a big vein on your penis. And doctors solve these vein problems with ease.
After circumcision my big vein almost disappeared.

If anybody asked me as a teenager, if I wish to have a circumcision, I would have chosen first possible surgery date. As my self didn't dare to even ask about getting it done.

In my country circumcision is rare. When my bf first saw my tight and low penis he said that it is weird to handle penis with so little movable skin, as he is not circumcised and used to skin movement. But then again he was pleased with no smegma problem. Over time he kind of worked out his own methods to work on my foreskinless penis. I didn't teach him at all.
I guess there is no best circumcision style for partner. I guess that most useful method could be reasonably tight one, that wouldn't allow to form smegma under skin folds. I think a low style is better, as there is less inner skin left that is able to produce smegma.

Of my own experience I can tell that bare glans can be sunburned. During last summer I tried to get a nice all body tan, and I paid attention that my penis would get enough of sun. Also I tried to see if penis head gets tanned or not. It seems that bare glans would get tanned along with inner foreskin. At least it seemed to me. But only very little. While my penis skin got noticeably darker, my glans got only very slightly brownish. And there was a brownish tint on inner foreskin remnants just under my glans.
Do not take too lenghty sunbaths. Only 20-30 minutes at once. But you can do that many times a day.

It is my opinion, but Prince Albert piercing looks much better on circumcised penis.
Foreskin creates some problems. First of them is, that piercing must be made to the side of frenulum. Which looks uneven. Frenulum is full of blood vessels and nerve endings, at that creates healing problems. It is best if frenulum is completely removed before PA piercing. Then piercing could be centered without problem.
Second problem is foreskin itself that keeps PA ring and piercing hole itself in humid and dirty condition.
And third, it just looks weird.
I waited until I was circumcised properly, and after plenty of healing time (1,5y) I did my PA myself. Exactly in the center. And there was no worries with healing. No swelling nor any infection. Only thing I did wrong, is that I bought a wrong jewellry for initial piercing, and that created a lot of discomfort when it moved to wrong position. I wouldn't give any recommendations about initial jewellry here. It would be a too much to describe here, off topic, and it is only my personal opinion.

My stitches were kept in for only 8 days. I removed most myself, as doc advised, but there were few stitches that were too difficult to remove, so I went to doc.
I was stitched with non dissolvable stitches. And perhaps thats why they had to be removed so early.
Doc said that it is bad to keep stitches too long, as it would form permanent channels that never close up. So I quess 12 days is already too much, and you have to remove stitches as fast as possible,

child penis is much smaller and more difficult to operate. But generally all kind of circumcision rings are used on small children, which have quite limited possibilities in circumcision style.

It seems like people have different experiences with cut frenulum.
As I was circumcised as a full adult, having plenty of time to explore my frenulum before it was cut off, I can tell that for me frenulum removal made a big difference.
As I knew that I will be circumcised some time in the future I tried to learn and remember how frenulum and foreskin felt. For example frenulum was sensitive enough place for me to reach an orgasm by just touching and rubbing it. And after frenulum removal (my frenulum was removed completely, sides of glans sewn back together) there just simply was no feeling. Completely numb. But I knew it already coming, so I wasn't neither surprised nor unhappy. I actually wanted it. I deliberately wanted to feel less in the area of the fenulum.

As I choose my circumcision style myself, I came to wanting tight circumcision on my own.
And thats why:
1. The idea of circumcision is to uncover glans. Uncovered glans do not produce smegma anymore.So what is the point of partially covered glans? Thus glans must stay uncovered even when totally soft, which means tight circumcision.
2. Tight circumcision look good to.

I got very serious about getting circumcised when I was 14yo. I wanted to find a muslim circumciser even. But I was so afraid that my parents would find out, and I had no real explanation for that. Also, probably circumciser would have refused. Later i became much smarter and wasn't afraid about questions from parents, if I just dont tell them. I tried to buy shang ring but I wasn't able to without parents knowledge. And later I became dissatisfied with the shang ring results. I wanted my frenulum removed too, which that device didnt do. So I had to find a doctor, which I did much much later. And I am so sad that I wasn't able to get circumcised earlier.

Before circumcision I had quite noticeable veins on my penis. But after circumcision they disappeared. I was circumcised very low and tight and frenulum completely removed. Now veins usually look like blue lines when soft. And even when hard, they are thin and not very noticeable.
